You are currently viewing version two of Galaxy, which features Izaya Orihara from the novel, Durarara!!. The design was made mostly in Adobe Photoshop CS2 along with Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8 for the images in the content area. It was coded in Dreamweaver CS4 along with Notepad and it can be viewed in any browser as well as resolution while the site is readable with images and CSS turned off.
